tom wait ...on mtv show " the list" he was listed by large number of well known artists as their pick for most talented vocalist who is not that well known...listen to his "Have A Little Faith In Me" or "Muddy Water"...you will hear what they meant

On a serious note I am a good singer but I don't have any intentions nor I have the music company to support my singing. Coming to your question, sorry but I don't know any 'unrecognized' singer as of now as I only pay attention to singers who've been recognized by the music world.

There are literally thousands of singers world wide that are good and unrecognized. This question does not really make sense because you would have had to listen to all of them to be able to make reasonable answer.
Don't you think so? I'll bet you sing too, am I right?

Lewis Taylor. Listen to only one of his songs and you'll find out why. He's received props from the likes of Elton John, D'Angelo and others, but unfortunately is an obscure reference in this country.
