Only to the owners of our debt...or more specifically the interest on that debt..truth is when the US spends money its not our money we are spending its money borrowed from someone else. I guess you could consider us a cornucopia to the world much in the same way that Credit card companies consider a person with 50 grand in credit card debt a cornucopia....
