Right now its all just the same talking points. He's inexperienced, He has nothing to say. Blah Blah Blah. Truth is no one really knows much about him thats why he is so interesting. If he decides to run we will find out more and be able to make a better judgement. I like him as a person. He seems very real. I hope he runs so I can find out some more about him.

What has he done?
Hillary will support whomever she thinks will allow her to become president.
Obamma has no political stances, yet.
He is good at getting elected what else was he ever good at? Nothing, just politics.
He says whatever is politicly expedient at time, dresses nice, smiles nice, heck he is a shoe in.
If his shoe does not end up in his mouth before 2008!

He's very articulate and charismatic. I'm a Democrat and I like him a hell of a lot more than I like Hillary.
Problem is is his lack of experience. He's only been a Senator for two years. He hasn't held any major office before becoming Senator (like Governor for example)
I think he's just the "it" politician for now. Its same way Hollywood seems to have an "it" actor or actress, you know the actor or actress of the moment.

Among those who like him? Hope. Among those who attack him? Fear. We'll see a lot in the next two years, but most people have a favorable opinion of him. I'm hearing more and more rumors about a Clinton/Obama ticket.

most of america still does not know much about him, which i think could work in his favor. there is way too much bad press on all the other candidates, both GOP and Dems. he is very well liked by anybody who meets him, both republicans and democrats. he has that charisma that clinton had. and hey, oprah likes him, so that gives him at least 40 million votes. i still feel he would go as vice president first, but i hope he goes for the white house

Generally...not ready, and inexperienced, and I wouldn't squander my time on such a useless act ! I truly hope that America will have good candidates to choose from, once we know what choices we really have. I think a lot of people may be jumping the gun, with this Obama thing.

Obama was asked, "do you beleive in Big or Small government?"
His reply, "I don't think this generation is concerned with either Big OR Small government, I think that they just want smart government."
aaaarrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh... Does he think that anyone actually wanted a stupid government?
The guy is in the MIDDLE ON EVERY DAMN TOPIC!
he needs to disappear into the hole that he climbed out of... Someone with no backbone does not deserve the Presidency...
However, you are forgetting one large matter... YOU DO NOT GET A SAY IN WHO THE PRESIDENT IS.

He is a figment of the Liberal Media's imagination...he is a rich Liberal who has done nothing but get elected once...many media outlets say he is a great speaker...but so was Hitler...(not saying he is Hitler, but just talking about good speakers...) I think I would rather have a President that did not speak well, but go stuff done...he will never make it in 08...

I don't dislike him, but I believe he's far too new to consider for a Presidential run in 2008.
