trying to save some money. i tried peoplepc with callwave. callwave shows up on my program list but peoplepc doesn't.
i was going to keep my main dsl compnay and the peoplepc for a month to see people pc would work out before letting go of the more expensive one. no isps are showing up on my program list.
if anyone could help me figure this out i would surely appreciate it

Try this website that tells your ip address. It may also tell your isp.

(look below at the 'advanced' section. On mine it shows my isp at the end of the address).

What is the old saying, "You get what you pay for?" I tried PeoplePc and found it to be so slow and such junk I couldn't wait to get rid of it, plus their customer service is in India. And you had DSL and just didn't want to pay for it? Tsk tsk tsk.

just go to www. ip2location.com
this website will pick ur IPAddress automatically and will show u ur ISP name with geographic locater indicating ur presence on the map.
