Well if animal control won't do anything then there are a few simple remedies if he won't go away. Fill a 1 liter bottle(use the wide mouth type) with your urine poke a hole or two in the cap and sprinkle the urine around the boundary of your yard and in the areas that the moose congregates. Throw the bottle away after use; while this may seem disgusting it will normally work. You see wild animals use urine to mark their territory and leave messages, buy planting your urine around your yard and such you are sending the message to the moose "this is my territory bugger off!" If that doesn't work loud noises and perhaps a scare crow might drive the beast of. If not there is one final solution that will definitely work but would draw objections from animal rights activist and that would be to kill it and put it in your freezer. You of course would need to get the appropriate permits and such.
But try the urine and I think you will be rid of your beastly problem.

Moose repellent,I usually spray myself especially my genitalia every morning before stepping out into our moose infested lawn.

Human hair and urine will distract most wildlife. The old timers in my town would collect hair at the barbers to put around their garden to keep white tailed deer out. And any hunter will tell you never urinate where you hope to find deer, it will discourage them from staying around

If he's eating your plants try that invisible fence spray. It stinks for a few minutes after you put it on, but that stuff really works!

Thats good meat . Call one of your neighbors who hunts them and ask for a portion of the meat.Otherwise bang some pots on the ground and yell .
