No carpet.......

Removed the carpet years ago, it makes it much more fun to play with "hard wood". Haven't changed the drapes much though. Kinda like them the way they are.
After reading some of the other answers, I'm starting to wonder if people really understand your question? Or is my mind in the wrong place?

The background of the drapes, and the pattern has colors complimenting the color of the carpet.

No. We have no drapes. We have floors made up of particle board and a few cheap rugs we put down. I hate this place but at least we are not living in the van down by the river.

Yes.... and my couch and throw pillows go with it too. Everything matches or goes well together.... few different shades of the same color.
