I think so, I know that life in prison and lethal injection would be too painless for such a great catastrophy created by such a bastard.

Um, considering that Hussein executed nearly 180000 Kurds in the 1980s Anfal campaign (and that's just the official count... not even including the thousands who went missing or were unaccounted), I think death by hanging is the least he could expect. However, death by hanging does seem a bit out of place in today's society.

I support the verdict. Would'nt mind being the one to push the botton on the trap door, there's a lucky person, except for the fact all the Sunnis will be after the executioner probably.

Tricky question...if I got to pick the method of execution for him, I'd probably go with beheading him, but hanging is classic. I can deal with that.
And while I think he *should* be executed, technically, if you want to hurt him, life in prison would do more damage. After all, dying for their cause is what all the extremists seem to want.
Oh, and Carole - there were plenty of people that loved Hitler too, yanno. Were the 6 million people he killed just propaganda too???

YES! So that he would never get out. But i think life in a small cell is worse punishment. I just don't want to see him ever get out, as his party may still come back to power.

I don't think we should even get a vote. All we hear is the propaganda fed to us by the media and the governments. We don't have any idea what really happened over there - we don't know who knows the facts or what laws were broken by whom. And while there are many of his people that hated him, there were many that loved him.
I also don't think it becomes any of us to relish the suffering of another - it's creepy and ghoulish.

Hardly. If you knew some of the things that he's done, you'd want much worse also...I think some form of torture would be more suitable, eventually hanging him with his own intestines...
