i think, and hope, bush. but dont forget about rumsfeld. both of them did violate laws...international laws at that. they will probably be brought up on war crime charges, which is worse than impeachment. they both ordered the torture of people at Get-mo in Cuba, as well as Abu Gharib (spelling sucks). that, ladies and gentlemen, violates the Geneva conventions, which we co-wrote. imagine that, bush and rumsfeld facing the same trial that their arch-rival Saddam is facing.

They both have to go. Bush getting indicted leaves Cheney in charge, not that he hasnt been in charge all along, but the thought of him IN CHARGE is a scary one.....

It would probably work its way up from the bottom. Between Cheney and Bush, Cheney would be the first to go. Rove, Rumsfeld, Rice, Lay, Hastert, and many others will go before they will.

Neither have committed any crimes. There is nothing to indict them on.
The common theme for "impeach Bush" is that he lied to Congress to go to war in Iraq, but Congress had ALL of the information that he did, right in front of them, when they voted. Quite a few have said "well, I didn't read the whole thing" but that excuse didn't cut it in grammar school and doesn't cut it now.
