No. Cheney is de facto President, Bush is just a figurehead. It's much like in Texas, where Bush was the figurehead governor and the Lt. Governor really runs the state according to the Constitution they wrote during Northern Occupation, when they ahd a Military Governor.

Yes. If Nancy Pelosi wasn't speaker of the house, there would be an even liklier chance that Bush would be impeached. He is extremely insulated

No, Bush Would Be Dead.

There have been several attempts already- 3 at last count, none serious. Cheney is his life insurance policy. The only reason there have been no serious attempts is because they're scared of who would be president afterwards.

I don't condone it, but I'm just saying.
