I have a three-year-old daughter Jade Xiola. I am planning on having another child in the near future and my husband and I are trying to pick out names. His name is Jason so we were thinking about using that for a name at some point. I love the name Jeremy (he isn't too thrilled with it) and Jessibelle for a girl. I didn't really do it on purpose to plan all our children's names to begin with J but I like all those J-names. Is it too much to have a Jade, Jason, Jeremy and Jessibelle?
His cousins are named Perry, Paition, Presely and Paige so I don't know if it would look like we are copying they're naming style.

i have 3 sisters and all of our names begin with A and i have 4 children whose names begin with J so do what you feel is right i was going to name my 3rd child Issac and friends and family thought it was a dumb name so i just picked another name that started with J and i regret not naming him Issac all the time. as for copying the naming style the are plenty of families who have children that have the same letter for the first names so dont worry about it. Good luck. P.S. my youngest daughters name is Jade and i love the name Jessibelle (very cute) (and first time ive ever heard it)

what a cool question...my whole family starts with J's

MOM - Janet
DAD - Jim
STEP-MOM - Jan
BRO - James (he married a Jessica too)
SIS - Jennifer
STEP-SIS - Jenny
ME - Jason

Our dog was even named Jake, our fish Jodie, etc. I'm not too sure about the name Jessibelle though. But what it comes down to is name your family whatever you want, and I can speak from experience that all J's is awesome and a fun story for years to come. I always liked the name Jerrad (spelled like that too) for a boy in case you were taking suggestions.

I think it's fine naming all your children with J names. My BF and I were talking about that and if/when we have kids he prefers them to have all J names too ('cause he has a J name) but as long as the names don't all sound alike.

I don't know if it's a Filipino thing but my cousins in the Philippines are named XYZA, XYLEN, XYRA.. now that's annoying...

I think Jessibelle's a cute name, I thought of that name once. But I'd probaly lose a couple letters like Jesabel or Jezabel.. duno up to you..

Well, my aunt and uncles names start with J, and so does my cousin's, but her brothers name starts with an H. Personally, I don't like the idea, but if you want to go with it, fine! Also, the name Jessibelle just sounds retarded to me. Sorry! Best of luck!

My Aunt's Family all begin with J except her husband Paul, her name is Jill, her sons are Jason and James and her daughter Jessica. Jason is married to Jeana and they have a little boy Jacob and a new born girl Jayden, this is for real! LOL, its actually pretty funny if you think about it, but its not too bad of an idea, Go for it, it makes your family special

Why not! My dad's family is Tom, Tim, Terry, Ty, Tina, Tammy, Trudy and Todd.
Grandkids there is another Todd and Tim, Tracy, Tanya, Tasha, Ted...etc
The 8 kids are definitely a conversation grabber, especially when I rattle them off by age!
The only no-no....all the same first name! I know a family with 9 boys all named Christopher with different middle names and 4 girls with all the same middle name. Life for the boys is a major pain in the *** now that they are grown!

I saw a show on TV. A family in Arkansas has 16 kids. SIXTEEN!!
Same mom same dad, none adopted. All of there kids start with "J". The mom said that when the 3rd kid came along they thought they should keep the "J" name and it continued. I think it's crazy. I have 4 kids and with different initials. It's easy when you are writing a quick note or need to label something it all you have to do is put one initial.

I love the idea.....we have all T names and everyone thinks it's great! Go for it......although honestly, I don't really care for the name Jessibelle.....but that's my opinion and it really shouldn't matter!

I think it's cool to do, it's kind of a family tradition in my family. I have cousins Justin, Jerrad and Jamie, Kylie and Kacie, Tegan and Tatum. I'm Stacy, have sisters Summer and Shelby. My kids are Trace and Toby.

Anyways, name your kids whatever makes you happy! Personally, I do like the first names starting with the same letter :)
