Where can i find the cost of living increase for 2006?

2006 is not over yet, so I doubt there are any statistics for the whole year. When the gov't computes it, it should show up on Bureau of Labor Statistics web site that I've linked to below.

On that same site, you should find the month to month changes too, if that's what you were after.
