Some currency exchanges have Euro currency. Your best bet is to call the local ones up in your area and ask them if they have any...Western Union also has them but they always use their own rates, which is significantly lower.

Large national banks can provide you with Euros. One of the big ones, not a local town bank.

Bank of America, Citi Bank, Commerce, etc.

If you live near a large airport, they usually exchange foreign currency there too.
