That you are drinking too much or have drank too much eggnog or whatever with alcohol in it. Time to call a cab or Designated Driver or give keys to someone else to drive you home if neither of the above is available to you.

Probably, provided the eggnog was of the alcoholic variety, means that you are drunk. Although how someone could handle drinking enough eggnog to get drunk is beyond me...blech!
