Having watched the US Flag burned in nearly every continent in the world, I don't think there's ever a good reason, or a justifiable right to burn any nation's flag.

Burning any flag just sets off toxic emissions (probably plastic Made in China) and carbon dioxide. What is the point of that?
If you are against illegal immigration, then find a politician with a backbone that actually wants to do something about it. I am not talking about the ones that want to eliminate it by offering all instant American Citizenship.

What gives us the right to burn a nation's flag is that we live in America and are free to do what we want and say what we want! Some may not agree with it, but that's the beauty of America, we all have the right to express ourselves the way we see fit!

A flag is just a symbol with various meanings depending on the person. Any person has the right to burn a flag to express their discontent at Government's sometimes really really stupid actions.

Immigrants, including my great-grandfather built this country. He came legally and did not break the law.

People are burning the flag as a matter of protest.

We have all become so political and devisive as a group.

it may be disrespectful but the freedoms that the flag represents INCLUDE your right to burn the flag. There is no freedom of speech/expression unless people can say and express themselves in a way that is so horrifying (but not physically harmful) to you that you would spend a lifetime railing against their views.

No it doesn't because the Gov't says it's only o.k. to burn the American flag. It's politically incorrect to burn another countries flag because they are "cultural" symbols and it's disrespectful and racist to dis other cultures.

It is not right and shows that they are totally immature to do such a thing, it is disrespectful to burn any flag.

If it's legal to burn the American flag, it's sure as hell legal to burn the Mexican flag.
