Don't panic, i could imagine you passing out of heat stroke one day, because you can't turn on your ac. Places like Dubai, Israel and Africa would be almost uninhabitable if there was no AC, so think.

psst a number of those were not American innovations, The phone was invented by a Canadian(Alexander Graham Bell), the car by a German(Karl Benz), writing utensils have been around for millenniums. Early BBS systems (the predecessor to the Internet) were British.
Electricity is a function of nature, skyscrapers have been around for millenniums as well, think of the pyramids and the heights they reach, the largest of which (and one of the oldest) is Chinese.
I think life would be crappier without modern antibiotics (British)

Dont forget that since the french hate us now. We can let the Germans back in. We should also build up the iron curtain since the world hates us. We only defeted communism in Europe.
