I don't want to pay the shipping fees (that are enormous when it comes to dangerous products such as lye) by buying on the internet. I'd rather find a shop that sells what I need...

Lye is used as a drain cleaner. You can buy it in any hardware store or plumbing supply.

Lime is used in brick mortar. It comes in 75lb sacks, available at any lumber yard or mason supply.
