l'll never be able to fathom out why people think the French food and wine are better than anyone else's , they eat lumps of horse meat covered in garlic, I'm no connoisseur of wine but the French stuff I've tried tasted like vinegar.
What else are they famous for?
Hairy arm pits, very bad breath , walking about with bunches of onions and garlic around their necks, wearing stripped tee shirts and little black berets. Oh yes they also have loos in the middle of the side walk with only the top half covered. Men and women share the same loos in hotels airports etc and for some unknown reason there is always a woman sitting outside holding a saucer to collect tips?
All the above may seem a little negative perhaps, but I really have been trying to find some thing positive to say and although some answers think they were all cowards, they did have a very good resistance movement ongoing during the German occupation which did in fact save quite a few allied lives and snuffed out a few Nazis, so as far as I am concerned I am willing to overlook the few minor points I have raised.

As a French I would say arrogance. Unability to speak other language because we think French is enough
It's also true that we lost our combatitiveness. Sadly our last chief (and what a great one) was Napoleon

no longer the girls people they're nicely popular for surrendering on the 1st sign of subject. they used to have a enormously good military, however the English took care of that for them. The Louvre. Their foodstuff isn't that tremendous. consistent with danger in basic terms the wine and surrendering.

Doing things their own way, and refusing to be led around by the nose. Something that obviously drives most Americans to fits of xenophobic rage.

The males like to go to Thailand and pay money to have sex with 6 year old boys. I saw it first hand when I was deployed there about 8 years ago.
