This is a question about a gameboy advance game. Mario kart?

Question

Ok um on mario kart you know how you get trophies? well u know how some have like wings or something on them? Well I have all 4 trophies but only 2 have those wings on them. well anyway also is there a track called like the rainbow something? And um you know the last 4 tracks that are all blurred out? In order to play those do all 4 of ur trophies have to have wings on them? I AM SO CONFUSED!!

To play on the those tracks you have to win all the trophies and all the trophies don't have wings but you have to get at least a silver on all of them.
