I would like to have a program or find a website which could pronounce any words in english. i mean i want to type some thing and it just read it in english, so i would know how english people pronounce a foreign word

There are a few places Dictionary.com has a tool that pronounces the word that you look up.
There is also the same feature on Merrium-Websters website.

to my limited knowledge I have one solution. Please type the words on word and convert it to pdf file with software pdf factory which is a free software. then in adobe acrobat you have an option of reading the whole document in english (pl check it with latest acrobat reader.)
