The whole point of Unplug & Pray is that Steve Gibson doesn't trust Microsoft's UPNP service, so he wants computer users to take a more, not less cautious & safety-conscious approach.

before you do that, that is turn it off, be aware that unless you have some very old hardware installed, almost everything is plug and play. if you turn it off, you may never get anything to work. that includes your car, and all the dishwashers at the diner.
you should leave it alone. or you will be praying a whole lot to the greart computer gurus to help fix what you screwed up.
