If you were walking on a street and you saw someone getting robbed,by someone with a gun, would you step in to help,or just go about your business?
I would be scared but I think two against one is better numbers.

I would call 911 and then move away. Unless you have a gun then one cannot provide much in the way of assistance. As information, I live in the Metro New Orleans area and a perpetrator will put a cap in your a** just for looking at them and the police cannot protect you. The only way police get a lead is by an anonymous phone call because if you step up then odds are you will get taken out. The criminals in the New Orleans area are at the top of their class just ask Houston. New Orleans is more akin to a third world city.

i wouldnt approach incase the person get scared and uses the gun
(after all the just coz a robber has a gun, dot mean he will use it, it could just be to scare)
i would call the police, say where i am, give a description, then approach the person that was robbed (when the robber goes)
material stuff is nothing, life is life! i wouldnt risk mine or the person that was being robbed.

I think I would try to create some kind of distraction so the victim could have a chance to get away, then call for help and remember what the perp looks like, license number, hair color, clothing, ethnicity, gender, etc.

I would try to help the person, it's not right for someone think they can point a gun at someone and demaned what ever they what they are really cowards with out the gun.

I would call cops on the cell, then yell like crazy, or maybe yell at the same time. Loud noises and crazy actions can break up something like that, scare the bad guy into thinking he's going to be caught.

The bad guy has a gun, I don't. I'd run away, report it, and hope that the person on the other end of the gun isn't stupid enough to get themselves shot.

Grassy would shoot the robber's gun right out of his hand twirl and reholster his Colt SAA. Then wrestle the robber to the ground until the local sherriff arrived.
