my local specialist puts agip fully synthetic in it but can't find it in shops and don't want to pay his prices

fully synthetic is by far the best oil ..MOBIL1 is exellent you can get all types from halfords ..engine wear is reduced to allmost zero ..dont forget the filter .. PS modern renault vans go 25000 miles between oil changes with synthetic

brown brothers do a good cheap oil but it is not the price of the oil it is how often you change it i used to work in a garage and i used to change my oil every 3000 miles . i still do it now i think it is good practice, with the cleaner oil do not have to change the filter so often

dont laugh but cooking oil is best to use crisco or wesson
