They have to play him until they're sure they have the game won. Homefield advantage is on the line. They might have rested him if Baltimore lost the early game, but the league pushed that game back, so now he has to play.
For patriots15fan: How can you hate L.T.? He's the nicest guy in all of sports, that's like hating baby seals.

NONE what happens in the case of an injury just let the other starters play even though i hate LT.

he will probably start up the game with about 5 carries than be spelled and only get goal line carries.
