What is the cheapest iPod you can buy and what is the best color to get?

if you get an ipod, your just getting it for the name. get a different kind of mp3 player. like the creative zen. the smaller version will hold about 3,000 songs and it's only 60 bucks. the larger versions hold more songs and have more features too like, video, radio, and internet. the player that i have is a brand called archos. it's 20 gb, and it's a camera, camcorder, voice recorder, mp3 player (10,000 songs), games, and more. and it wasn't that much. if you search around there are much better mp3 players with more features for a lot less money than a ipod. hope i could help.

the cheapest ipod you could buy is ipod shuffle which is $79 [1gb].. But, the annoying think with the shuffle is that you can not view the song u are playing. It is just a square with the play, pause, etc buttons on it but no screen to view anything. If you want to buy a ipod i suggest u get the ipod nano. which is starting at $149 [2bg,4gb,8gb]. Just save up alittle more and get the nano which looks better, stores more things like video. the color is basically up to u. i like the black one.
