Me and my best friends are having a spa party tonight with simple things you can make at home. Like masks and things. Does anyone know of something we could try?

Facial Ideas that have worked pretty well for myself:

Chocolate Facial mask:
This decadent mask is actually an excellent moisturizer -- it leaves your skin baby soft. Recommended for normal skin.

1/3 cup cocoa
3 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tsp. cottage cheese
¼ cup honey
3 tsp. oatmeal powder

Mix all ingredients together and smooth onto face. Relax for ten 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water.

KIWI FACIAL CLEANSER FOR NORMAL OR DRY SKIN

1 kiwi fruit
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon orange water
1 tablespoon apricot or almond oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon finely ground almonds
2 drops orange (or your favorite citrus) essential oil

Puree the kiwi fruit in a food processor until liquid. During processing, add yogurt, orange water, almond or apricot oil, and ground almonds. Process until thick and cream like. Add essential and stir to mix. To apply, massage gently over neck, face and décolleté to cleanse. Rinse well. Makes one application.

If you take 1 cup Lemon Juice, Cinnamon (for smell), 2 tablespoons (or less) olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, and water you can make a wash that leaves skin refreshed and fragrant (the amount of water does not matter).
If you do not like the cinnamon smell you can replace it with another spice, perfume, or flower petals such as roses.
After you make it, you can put it in a tub were you can soak your feet or body.
Next dry your feet or rinse them with water and a MILD soap.
Repeat for silky smooth feet.

Heres a few recipes that I have used before. I like them...Hope they work for you!

Sugar Scrub (exfoliates skin)

Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3tbsp. milk until they form a paste. Then rub the mixture gently on your face for 1 minute. Rinse well with warm water.

Orange Mask (removes buildup on your hair & gives it shine)

(1) Boil 2 cups water with the peel of 1 orange, finely chopped. Remove from heat; cool for 30 minutes.
(2) Blend the liquid in a blender on low for 1 minute until it forms a sauce. then add 1tsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. apple-cider vinegar.
(3) Add 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and mashed. Blend for 2 minutes until totally smooth. Apply to damp hair; leave for 20 minutes. Rinse, shampoo, and condition.

Molasses Treatment (moisturizes your hair and gives it an extra lift)

(1) Dissolve 1 plain gelatin pack in 1/2 cup warm water.
(2) Add 2 tbsp. molasses and 2 tbsp milk; stir until blended.
(3) Apply the mixture all over damp hair and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse well, shampoo, and condition.

Tea bags are used in salons for under eyes

what you need
3 used tea bags, cucumbers, and somthing to freeze this in. careful when laying it on the skin and after you have it on rest and it will reduce eye swelling. Any type of tea works. Freeze it for a few minuets before placing it on the eyes.
