hes going to be eddie brock jr./ venom. and the reason hes not a big guy in the movie is becouse he is supposed to represent an opposite to peter parker. just like how venom is opposite to spiderman

Looks to be Eddie Brock/Venom.
Eddie Brock was always a big, burly, muscular man. How they cast friggin' Eric from 'That 70s Show' is still a mystery to me.

He plays a bum who holds up a sign in a scene where spider man is driving down the road, he jumps out in the front of the car, and spider man just rams the s h i t out of him! its really funny, he should win an Oscar for that one!
