If you mean a lover returning to you:
I don't have first-hand knowledge, but Mexicans in my town believe it. Some of them believe the authenticity of other kinds of spells, magic and folk remedies, too, not just the feel-good Wicca kind. Since each generation has its believers, I've got to think there is something to it.
If you mean returning from the dead, then, no.

If you are talking about from the "dead" check out what Haitians do regarding zombies. If you are talking about former spouse/friend....if you try to compel them back with a spell, you won't like what you get, eventually...best thing to do regarding this is to make a list of exactly the kind of traits you want in a person. Then release it to the universe....let it go. Never pick a specific person....we all have free will....you are too controlling.
Now if you do the first spell, when that person comes to you it will only work on one condition: that you develop those same good traits in yourself that you expect of the other person.

While i do not believe in magic or spells I do understand the princples of the belief.
Do as you will, but harm no one.
By using a spell to bring someone back to you, you are using magic against this person's free will. Therefor you are harming them.
You can't use magic for personal gain.

First I'd like to know, Come back from where? If you mean the dead- you ought to let that alone...
If you mean come back as in a loved one who has left you, but is still physically alive, again I would suggest that you leave magic out of that situation. If they left, find out why, if they come back, it should be because they want to.

No. Proper spells are for meditation and improving one's self and perspective. They can never replace the work that goes into forming a healthy relationship.

I don't think theres nothing out there that can help bring some one back but if you try metitating I belive it helps in a weard way.
