Weight is just how much gravity is pulling us down. The earth is constantly spinning and the moon is in orbit. The moon has is own gravity pull so as you get closer to the moon the less you will weigh. So during day you will get lighter as the earth spins you closer to the moon and heavier when you are spinning away.

If you're talking about changes that you can see on a bathroom scale, it's not about gravity, the moon, or going up or down a hill. You drink, you pee it out or sweat it out or exhale water vapor; you eat, you poop; you put on shoes, you take them off.
