Lets get something right, the UK STANDARD you talk about is piss poor, don't kid yourself that UK dentistry is good, it's not. The best is probably France, and it's cheaper and your can get it done with next to no waiting, so take care with your levels of satisfaction, Good luck

I would try the island of Koh Samui Thailand and have a holiday there as well. I was on holiday there and a Swiss lady had a full face job for £700 the main cost is the flight but after Dec there are flights for about £300 so you can get a holiday.
I had my eyes done for £180 and they are excellent with the best and most modern of hospitals. The doctors and nurses all speak english to and the bars are excellent. Go to the Chwaing buri details on webhouses, or ask a question in the holiday forum at webhouses/forum.co.uk.

Don't just think about the surgery, but think about the aftercare you will need. If something goes wrong a few months down the line, what are you going to do about it?
This isn't the sort of thing you want to cut corners and cut costs on. Find a reputable surgeon who you can trust.

If you will have dollars and convert it to Philippine peso then it will be cheap. BUT you should go to a hospital faciltiy also to ensure proper caring and high quality standard equipments. Most importantly the expert doctors and staff will take care of you. Look for ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL CENTER, PHILIPPINES. The only JCIA accredited hospital in the country. You can check its website. www.stluke.com.ph. Hope this helps. God bless

pay interest - low-cost beauty surgical treatment isn't gorgeous. you in many circumstances get what you pay for and that i don't think of you want to play round with your sounds like that. If it sounds too good to be authentic then it probably is. Whowever you bypass with, make confident you medical doctors is a Board qualified plastic doctor. not all medical doctors are plastic surgeons - and good ones at that. seem him up - Google him/her and do you homework beforehand going lower than the knife. good success.

Plastic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Yeah i agree in ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL CENTER in PHILIPPINES. I heard that it was affordable and had high-standard facilities. Most foreigners now are going in the Philippines for operations and surgery because of well-trained doctors and it was worth the money and the outcome of the operation.

Manila...but to be sure, make sure that the doctor is licensed and specialist. MOst of them are trained and had their residency in the USA.
Last time I heard, a rhinoplasty would cost 500usd. The range should not be far from that figure.

Mexico. You may not get the best surgery, but it will be the cheapest. You might end up with suction cup lips, but hey, you wanted to go cheap, right?
