Hi guys... I was just wondering if someone out there know that
- How long will it take me if i drive from Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)?
- Hows the journey like?
- Safe to drive? or rather travel by air?

I am planning to visit dubai in august and was thinking if its a good drive from dubi to saudia in a rental company car. I have heard that those countries got really good road network and unlike UK petrol is cheaper then a bottle of mineral water. I enjoy driving as well so might as well experience the driving in middle east as well.
All your answers are welcomed.
Thanks for your time.

Hi,

forget about that kind of trip. If you don't have an UAE residence visa you only can fly into Saudi Arabia and show a return ticket. And also that only on certain conditions. For a visa to Saudi you need to take a trip with a tour operator recognized bei the Saudi Goverment or a sponser with Saudi residence. You also might not be allowed to take a rent a car out of the country.

Rent a car and take some tours here in UAE. The UAE have enough to offer. Gas is cheap over here, too.

Visa regulation for different countries you will find under:

Are you sure you want to come to the UAE in August? It's the hottest month.

Dubai has several ethnic highlights in addition to most of the gorgeous modern add-ons and with Hotelbye you'll know more about any of it city. In the Bastakia area you'll discover the old Dubai but the most beautiful places that Dubai is offering is the Burj Khalifa, the world's highest developing and shopping centers which come detailed with mammoth aquariums and interior skiing slopes. The Burj Al-Arab is the place you intend to stay. That hotel could be the world's highest resort with 321 m high and is located on its own artificial island on the Dubai coastline. Designed to resemble a billowing dhow cruise, the surface of the Burj Al-Arab is illuminated up by way of a choreographed colored illumination display at night. Decadent in every way possible, it's one of the very most expensive lodges on earth but is definitely worth it.
