Yes, both coutries run in PAL and 220 voltage. The only thing that might be an issue is the power plug...but you can easily get the adapter at any electronics store.
I am not sure, but if the Spanish tv uses a SCART cable it is better to buy the SCART RCA cable adapter just in case if England doesn't use SCART. That way you can use RCA cables which are universal (again, just need the right adapter to fit the plugs).

Yes, it will work. I have three English neighbours who brought their TVs from England and it works. The same thing applies the other way around. Just change the power plug or buy an adapter.

Yes, but there will probably be no sound on terrestrial television as European sets use a different frequency from the UK (5.5MHz offset in the UK, 6MHz in mainland Europe if I recall correctly).
However it should work fine using a freeview box and a SCART cable.
The same wouldn't necessarily be true of a TV purchased in France as they use the SECAM system to encode the colour; both Spain and UK use PAL.

Both countries have the same systems... the only thing you will need is a plug adapter which you can find in Spain at any good sized hardware store (ferreterÃa), or Leroy Merlin or AKI
