I think NBC offers much better coverage than ESPN, because John Madden offers more intelligent insight and analysis. ESPN talks too much, and they have "celebrety" guests that add nothing to the game but annoying distractions. What do you think?

I agree with you 100%. ESPN's Monday Night crew is horrible. They make jokes more than the analize the game. The celebrities ARE a distraction. They talk about other things, and you miss 5 minutes here or there of the game. I dont care who Charles Barkley likes in the NFL I wanna see the play not the replay!!!! NBC's coverage for Sunday Night is much better! You wont get better Comentary than Al Michaels, John Madden, Suzie Colber, and Michelle Tafoya!! Maybe ESPN should let Young, Boomer, Irvin, and Jackson do the Monday night commentary instead of halftime, they would be ALOT better!!

I really don't have a preference. I do want to be able to see what other teams in NFL or college are doing at the same time. I only want to see NFL scores when NFL teams are playing and NCAA scores when NCAA is playing. I don't want to know anything about a hockey game while I am watching football. I also only want the scores to the games and not what each individual player has accomplished, I can look at all of that later. Show more game-breaks for games that matter. like New Orleans vs Dallas, not Oakland vs Detroit.

I have to go with NBC. You have the two best guys in Madden and Michaels calling the best game of the week. Does not get much better.

CBS.Dick Enberg is the connsumate game caller and Dan Dierdorf is the best analyst there is and he has a great sense of humor. I seem to be the only one who thinks Madden and Michaels suck. I'm sick of Michaels, allegedly a PROFESSIONAL broadcaster, adding the SCH shound to hish essches. Try a few diction classes Al. And Madden is all over the place and can't even complete a sentence w/o starting the next one.

NBC is better then ESPN no doubt. Although I still prefer my local coverage if it is the home team. That's what Radios are for.

espn is lousy. Their commentators try way to hard to sound like they know what they are doing. Fox is a little better, nbc is a little better than them. I like CBS the best, they are smart. witty and give you a good sense of whats going on in the game, without sounding like they are trying really hard. Al micheals is very good, whoever he works for every year.

Toss up between CBS and NBC. i admire CBS's Pre-interest prepare the terrific. those adult adult males look very comfortable with one yet another. i admire lots of their play via play announcers however Dierdorf grew to become into getting on my nerves together with his blatant professional-Titans bias the day previous to this. With NBC, I do like Michaels and Madden.
