Some people just have 'bags' under their eyes. I'm one of them, but as a female it's okay for me to wear makeup. Are you getting enough sleep? Do you have trouble breathing - allergies or snoring? Mine are bad mostly when my allergies (to pollen and dust) are being worse.

I know that is a sign of allergies.
On the View this morning I saw beauty treatments. One was raw potato slices on your eyes for the dark circles.

If i was you i would consider talking to your doctor about this. There is no way i can tell you anything about this. If your doctor sends you to an eye doctor its best for you because they know more about eyes. But go to your regular doctor first and see what he/she can do for you.

Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can be a cause.
