Alexandra Marie
I know it is kinda popular but Marie is a family name, and Alexandra wouldn't be another "Alex" in the class, she would be called "Lexa".
Annaliese Jada
This one is very different, I know. I am German, so I would like a German name, so I picked Annaliese. But, we also like that name because his mother's name is Ann. And Jada, we picked, because if my husband was going to be a girl his name would be Jade. We changed it to Jada so it would sound right with our last names. For her nickname, we would call her "Elise"
So, what do you think....... Lexa and Elise.......?

Ohh, I like Anneliese Jada! Very unique and very beautiful!
Alexandra Marie is a bit common, but still very pretty. I dislike all nicknames for Alexandra other than Sasha (trust me, that's a legit nn for Alexandra!).
Overall good choices! I'm so happy you aren't naming them Madison, Taylor, or Nevaeh (No offense, of course, just sooo overdone!!)

I like both of these names. The second is much more unique and the other traditional. Marie is VERY common, it is my middle name, along with many of my friends and co-workers. Maybe you could alter Marie to something a little different so you can keep the family name without using such a common middle name. Marie is a derrivitive of Mary so any form of this name will work. Take a look in a baby name book for variations. Jade/Jada isn't super uncommon. Actually, it was number 75 in the US last year. My daughters first name is Jade, so I have a particular love for it.
I think the nicknames are great!

I like Annaliese Jada because it is less common without being weird, and it has meaning to it. The nickname you have chosen is adorable and something that I think she would like as she grows older ( to me, Lexa is cute but a little juvenile . . . I wouldn't think of a 20-year-old called Lexa.) That's just my little 2 cents.

Jada Annaliese is a nice name for a girl, with Jada being the first name..
The Jada I know is ten years old and she writes Poetry.
The Annaliese I know is a doctor at age 23.
The other Annaliese is my husband's sister, and she has a heart of GOLD.

I like Annaliese Jada better than Alexandra. I wouldn't nickname her. That's a pretty name. The name Jada reminds of the movie "My Girl" the girl's name was Vada. I always thought that was different. Good Luck!

Jada does not fit with either name, but Marie sounds good with both. I like Lexa better.

Both of them are beautiful. I choose Alexandra Marie, when you say it together it flows a lot nicer than Annaliese Jada.

I think you should go with Alexandria instead of Alexandra. It's just prettier. Alexandria Marie sounds nice and I have an Alexandra and an Alexander in my class. Alexandra goes by Allie and Alexander goes by Alex but teachers still call them by their first names and they get confused. Alexandria sounds different. I like Annaliese though :o)
