1. If you have a square piece of cardboard that is 81 sq inches, then your length and width is 9.
The length is 9 inches.

2. If you have a circle with a diameter of 2 meters, then you have a radius of 1, thus the distance around your barbecue would be 2 pi. The equation for the circumference of a circle is 2*pi*r.
The distance around the barbecue pit is 2 pi meters or approximately 6.28319 meters.

3. If the area of your circle is 1,808.64; you would use the formula for the area of a circle pi*r^2.
pi*r^2 = 1808.64
divide both sides by pi to get approximately
r^2 = 575.71
take the square root of both sides to get approximately
r = 23.99
The radius of the circular area would be approximately 23.99 miles.

1. Say Length is L
So L^2=81
L= Sqr 81=9 inch Ans.
2. Distance=pi*d=22/7*2=44/7 meters Ans.
3.pi*r^2=1808.64
so r^2=1808.61/pi
r=sqr(1808.61/pi) miles Ans.

ans.1 area = length^2
81=l^2
l = 9 inch

ans.2 d=2r
radius= 1m
distance= 2*22/7*r
= 44/7m

ans.3 area of circle= 22/7 r^2
1808.64= 22/7 r^2
7*1808.64/22 = r^2

1. area = length x width

==> a = lw

For a square l = w, so you have l²...or w²...whichever you prefer to use.

==> a = 81 = l²
==> l = √81 = 9

2. circumference C = πd

plug in 'd' and you're all set.

3. circular area A = πr²

==> r = √(A/π)....plug your numbers in and you're good to go. Don't forget to use the units. I leave them off for clarity.

1. The length is square root of the square which is 9 inches

2. The formula is pie * diameter which is 3.142 * 2m = 6.284 m

3. pie * radius * radius = 1,808.64
3.142 * radius * radius = 1,808.64
radius * radius = 1,808.64 / 3.142
radius * radius = 575.633
radius = 23.99 miles

Hope this is what u wan.

you decide on the stairs to distribute (a-b) to (a^2 + ab + b^2)? through fact I understand this (a-b) (a^2 + ab + b^2) through fact the distinction of cubes whilst factored, i visit repeat from my math e book the way the formulation is derived. (a-b)(a^2 +ab +b^2) =a(a^2 + ab+b^2)- b(a^2 + ab+b^2) They broke up the (a-b) and dispensed it. = a^3-a^2b + ab^2 - a^2b - ab^2 - b^3 They did the allotting and as quickly as they integrate like words they're left with (a^3 - b^3).
