Conversions in the metric system are quite easy.
368 mm x (1 m/1000 mm) = 0.368 m
0.245m x (100 cm/1 m) = 24.5 cm
32 m = 32 m (did you mess this one up?)
45.2 cm x (10mm/1cm) = 452 mm
0.25 mm x (1cm/10mm) = 0.025 cm

Because it is metric it goes by tens. Multiply by ten every time you change units. (kilo hecto deka unit deci centi milli)
You could just move the decimal poin...left when going to a bigger unit and right when going to a smaller one.
ex: 368mm=.368m ( It is three away from a bigger unit so you move the decimal point right three times.)

1000mm = 1m; 1mm = 0.001m (decimal gets moved 3 places)
Therefore 368mm = 0.368m
100cm = 1m; 1cm = 0.01m (2 places)
Therefore 0.245m = 24.5cm
10mm = 1cm; 1mm = 0.1cm
