The Catholic Church. Also Restitution.

I propose building a secure treatment facility to house pedophile addicts apart from the general population. Since there are many more upstanding priests and church members dedicated to stop internet child pornography and global sex trafficking, and since the Catholic Church owes restitution for covering up and enabling past abuses, I would definitely ask the Church to support building a prison facility to offer alternatives to the death penalty, since they oppose capital punishment and believe in restitution.

Instead of spending 10 years on death row at taxpayers' expense, convicts who have committed murder, rape or other violent abuses could better serve time in prisons doing factory labor and community service in place of children otherwise sold as slaves, who could then be free to attend school and enjoy a natural childhood. Since no one can replace the lives or innocence destroyed by criminal abuses and murder, at least by serving restitution to society this way, other poor children may have a chance at a better life, instead of falling victim to abuse.

Priests and Baptist ministers. But those are only the more visible ones. The others hide within families--the step-father, father, brother, uncle, and the friendly neighbor who "loves" kids; the neighborhood candy store; the overly interested coaches & teachers; within children's treatment centers, working as staff or volunteers, gyms, playgrounds--anywhere children are! I once asked a social worker for the state why aren't pediphiles locked up like other criminals. She replied, "There aren't enough jails."
