we also have a study guide full of vocab and questions...its actually good if we do them cuz my teacher's tests r killers!
but reading that book is just pain

Actually, Oliver Twist is a heart warming story about an orphan born in a time where children did not have many rights. He ends up in an orphanage where they made him work as slave labor and hardly fed him. He ran away and became a pickpocket and met some interesting people on the way.
Go to your local video store, rent the movie, an old one is best, and then see how you feel about it.

I think you should rent a video of oliver twist, it is an interesting story and if you watch the video then perhaps you may find the book enjoyable.

All you need to know is that, a little orphan child, lives in a workhouse, and he his treated badly, his mother is dead, and they gave him food, and he asked for more, that's the most famous details everybody know about oliver twist
