I guess you are a resident without a Greek passport or ID. Then, it depends on the passport you are holding.
Best advice is to ask the ministry of foreign affairs of Sweden, then you will be sure. Address bellow.

The whole idea of Schengen is that citizens can travel between these 15 countries (which include Greece and Sweden) without any border control, ie. as if they were moving within the same country. Therefore, passengers on intra-Schengen flights need some form of ID so that airlines can check who they really are, but they don't really need a Schengen Visa or even a passport. The Schengen Visa is useful for non-EU citizens, to gain the right of entry to the Schengen Area, not to move within it. Therefore, if you are already legally resident in Greece without the visa, you shouldn't need it to go to Sweden either.

You will definately a greek identity card, or a passport. But be carefull because you have to make these things on time. Even with the Schengen some countries still want passports(like Great Britain). Be informed that from the new year all the old passports will be cancelled.
Last time i travelled to Belgium throught italy and france no one bothered to ask for a passport or an id.

Residency of an EU country is not the same as citizenship of an EU country. If the Swedish require a visa from your current country of citizenship, you will need to apply for a Swedish visa (which will undoubtedly be a Schengen visa).
Speak to the Swedish embassy in Athens as they are the ones you can offically tell you whether you need a visa.
