the FED. Govt. regarding operational errors on management's part that I pointed out, now it seems that manament has decided to retaliate by being meticulous about everything I do. Most of the things involve appear to be labor/ethics violations. What can I do to protect myself and/or make sure the errors committed are not done anymore? Other than turning what I found to IA or OIG???

The Whistleblower Protection Act and Civil Service Reform Act protect you, but you will likely have to take this outside your organization to get anything done about it.

You need to go see an employment discrimination or labor attorney.

First, gather up all the evidence you have regarding the retaliation, such as written reprimands.

Second, keep a diary with exact times and dates when you feel you have been singled out because of your whistleblowing.

Take all the evidence to a local labor or employment discrimination attorney, and have them evaluate whether you have a case. Go to at least 3. If they all tell you there's no basis for taking on your case, then you may have to find another job.

That's a form of harrassment in the workplace...it violates labor laws.

File a complaint with the labor board in the state you live in.

you should have seen this coming for sure, when you try to bring down the big guy, you have to really have a solid plan that guarantees your anonymity. You didn't think this through well enough and now its to late. Be prepared to pay the price. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Good luck my friend
