Just to be safe, I wouldn't.
We had two female dwarf hamsters and they got along well as babies. After they're grown, however, they became territorial and were no longer best friends. One day my husband and I came home and saw that they were both bloody, one with part of her ear chewed off. We screamed and went out right away and bought another cage for them. Later when they saw each other, even if they were in separate cages, they would jump and hiss and want to fight to the death.
Your situation may be different since you have boys, but I would be very watchful just the same.
By the way, one good way to get them to calm down and live peacefully for a short while is to put a cotton swab dipped in vanilla extract in their cage. That confuses their territorial scent and they will stop fighting, if just for a bit.

Yes you can keep drawf hamsters together, but not the syrians they will fight and try to kill each other, one thing you will need to determine when you have two hamsters together is the diffrence of them playing and fighting they will quibble like any siblings and one may be more dominant than the other but it should be ok, if you do start to see fur flying and blood etc then it is time to split them up, but usally they are fine kept together and they like to keep each other company, i.e they will groom each other curl up to sleep together, but when it comes to food it may be a diffrent story one may have to have his fair share first but you never know you may have some laid back lazy male hamsters.
I will also say that you can keep them together ONLY! if they are purchased together at the same time form the same litter.
Hope this helps x x

I don't care about all the No's you guys responded with, I had 2 males (yes i know for fact they were males ) live together with out fighting until they were both 6 years old. They started fighting when the one went blind. You can keep 2 males, but my advice is you be interactive with them both ALOT.

Yes but DO NOT add just one female at any time! If you are thinking of adding females make sure you have lots, or maybe seperate the males then. Just two males on their own will be fine though.

If they are from the same litter, then it's possible. I don't recommend introducing another hamster at a later date else you could have some retaliation.
