It really depends on the situation. For instance if it was a matter or loving someone with all your heart but in reality the relationship was a negative one (verbal/emotional/physical abuse) then you would need to follow your head and know that the situation is harmful and you need to get out. If it's a matter of liking someone and you have nothing to lose and your heart is for it but you keep overanalyzing everything, then follow your heart.

I follow my head(logic) primarily until I am sure that I am dealing with a "nice" heart. Emotionally, so many people are ripped off year after year so it pays to be patient. But, I do listen to my heart, to be able to give a chance, and when I see my kids (four boys, 2 from first marriage, 2 from second) I am glad I did...twice..lol.
Honesty is by far always the best policy, without that you have nothing!

good luck, good question..and all the best!

Waiching lui:my pleasure..have a nice evening!

My heart gives me the most grief - if I could follow the logic in my head instead of giving into my heart then I would have had a much easier life.

Conclusion - I mostly follow my heart.

Heart is the source of any and all motivations, and head is merely the means of evaluating what would be the most efficient way to achieve the desired outcome. So heart is the desire, head is the research or reasoning into how to get 'r done.

As I've gotten older, I've followed my head much more. However, I'm still enough of a romantic and dreamer that my heart makes itself known on many occasions. I'm dealing with such a situation right now. For a calmer life, follow your head. For a more joyous life, follow your heart. Ideally, combine both of them.

Heart, every time. Yes, it would make more sense to follow the head sometimes, but its a lot more fun to follow the raw emotions and see what happens LOL

My head over my heart. My emotions are fickle and subject to change from day to day or even hour to hour. The mind is much more reliable 90% of the time. However, it is possible to overthink something, which is why in that other 10% you should go with your heart.

Reconcile the two and then make your move.

Usually they're on the same side, but if there is conflict i try to find a productive middle ground. If there's no time for pondering, then I follow my head - less stupid things happen to me that way.

My head because I think with it and it is speaking to me all the time. Maybe in the past, it used to be my heart, not now.
