The answer to this question will differ from person to person and so I will help you answer this question yourself based on your needs and what you expect from a mobile phone. I will list the advantages and disadvantages of both the phones and you can make up your mind.
Motorola V3i - The most stylish phone in existence. Its slim and sleek. Camera clarity is good but not the best. Sound is also neat. The speakers are good but isn't as good as the SE phones. The phone comes with a very neat leather pouch which I find very useful. The iTunes software is nice and very user-friendly. If you are an IPOD user, you will find this feature very useful. The main point on which this phone scores over other phones is style. The phone really looks awesome. The battery is pretty good but I would say the SE K750i has better battery back-up.
SE K750i - Awesome picture clarity. The camera is very good and is much better than the V3i. The sound clarity is also very good. But if you would really like to use the phone to listen to the music, I would suggest that you think about the SEW700i. Its marginally more expensive but the sound clarity is awesome. And the camera is also good. Battery back up is very good.

se 750i is better than moto v3i
because firstly v3i is a delicate flap phone i have many for repairing with their camera's not working or their front screen is not displaying because either they are fallen or water drenched. but se 750i is better because firstly it has a better camera, and a compatible flash you can have a unlimited video recording depends on your memory stick ( extendable memory card). If you use your phone for browsing wap or connecting it to your pc eventhen se750i is better. go to sonyericsson.com and see the various attachments you get with a k750i and do see the external speakers. so try going in for se750i . thanks

A V3i is great for style but only has a 1.3MP camera. There are many other good things about it incl iTunes, but the problem is that it is restricted to 100 songs.
SE build quality is no comparison to the Moto, but the SE interface is far easier to get used to. Since the V3i is going to go off the market in less than a year, go for the SE

Motorola. I enjoyed my Motorola telephone. It have been given super reception and had extraordinary advantageous properties. All of their telephones are soft and designed properly. i like them. It have been given stolen nonetheless. Now I actually have a Nokia and that i hate it. i've got faith like its so primitive.
