Dream Interpretation - Very Odd Dream - Help Please?

I dreamt that my mom was having hand transplant surgery. I had to pick up her new hands from the doctor and take care of them the night before. The weird part is that the hands were real human hands, but they were attached to a cat. The cat was keeping the hands alive (blood supply, etc) until they were going to be transplanted to my mom the next day. So I spent my evening taking care of this cat with human hands. Once or twice the hands grabbed my wrists and scared me, but then I got used to them, and this stopped. The cat was a nice cat and I was feeling sad that this cat would be killed the next morning when they took the human hands off it to place on my mother. Also, I remember thinking that the hands were pretty and that my mom would like them. Then, the next morning, I was walking with my mom to the surgery but the cat wasn't there. My mom told me that this hand transplant surgery had been her dream her whole life, but she also said some harsh words to me and I left.

So like the hands say take great care in your personal affairs, the cat is warning you something is up. Knowing the cat was going to be killed is telling you that you will defeat the purpose of those that are trying to stir up trouble. However you have to be watchful so you will know how.

To dream of your mother in this light means that you will be happy in your personal affairs however when she said harsh words to you that is also telling you to watch out that there is more going on than there seems to be.
