I think it is just your subconscious mind telling you that you like Evan and that your dad embarrasses you.

They could be related.
I mean, how you feel about 'making out' with this Evan could symbolize deeper relationship issues that you are working through. The going out with someone, the learning to deal with physical attraction, the developing of our 'sexual' selves, is a unsure process.
Of course, being on a field trip with dad means 'parental alone' time. This dream of being with your dad, with you being in the child role, is more unequal and uncomfortable than the semi-equalness of the previous dream of you with Evan. Also, your dad 'embarassing' you could mean that it isn't your dad, per se, but that whole parental 'advice'. Because you dreamt about Evan, you then dream about what your dad might think about it, which is that you feel he would be 'embarrassing' to talk to about it, and wouldn't leave you alone in terms of the relationship.
It's natural for parents to be involved in their children's relationships, and they do have a say-so in terms of limiting a child's eagerness. But a parent must ultimately understand that a child is only an adult in a less-transformed package. This means that dating and relationships are a part of their discovery and very much a private affair.
It seems like you are making the transition between being a kid (and obeying your parents) and being a young adult. It could be you need to somehow compromise between these two parts of you, whether or not you are a 'kid' or not (even adults can feel that way). One does not have to abandon one's parents in order to grow up, but one cannot grow up unless one pushes past the idea our parents have of us, and the ideas we have of ourselves.
It might be that the conflict is about pushing past your old ideas about yourself, and the relationship with Evan is what your mind is using to better understand it. To grow up can mean to grow with hope for a better outcome.

The dream could just be that a dream... Or it could mean something... all depends on what you want them to be.. If you like Evan than go for it..... Dads are embarrassing all the time... So that is just a dream you had... you may need to try and develop a better relationship with your dad... that could be something that your brain is telling you

First of all, these are your dreams
#1. Kid Evan = your desire.
In translation:
You wanted him to ask you, you said yes because deep down you wanted to be asked. He turned to be sweet because subconsciously you are seeking for companion.
#2 Dad was embarrassing = You feel that way in fact
In translation:
You don't want to be controlled by your dad, and you feel embarrassing because of the present of your dad. This is how you feel.
By projecting those images there is actually telling you how you feel in reality.

These seem to be just everyday life dreams. They probably don't mean much else except that you like Evan and want to be his girlfriend and that you are afraid of your dad embarrassing you in front of your peers.
