It's going to be Detroit because Oakland beat Arizona and Arizona beat Detroit. Therefore, Detroit will be considered a worse team and will get the first pick.

I'm hoping for a Detroit loss and an Oakland win. This gives Detroit the number one pick and gives Tennessee, who rightfully should be in the playoffs, a chance to make it. Then Detroit fires Millan, we draft Slaton with the number one pick, and he becomes our next Barry Sanders.

I think it goes to a tie breaker similar to the wild card tie breaker....head to head then division record then points for and against and then a flip of the coin

if they are both tied for the worst record at the end of the regular season it will be decided on who scored the most points/who allowed the least points, also their divisional/conference records
