The Sims 2 Rated "T" for Teen
Descriptors: Crude Humor, Sexual Themes, Violence

Found it on ebgames.com

Crude humor means, farting, burping bodily noises, and the like. Sexual themes means you can kiss and such, along with showering, but it blurs it out while they do anything like that, violence is the punching and fighting like that. Some of the sims do have sexual scenes in them, I would talk to your local ebgames store clerk as they have probably played the game.

If you're talking about the Xbox version, it blurs out all the naughty parts while your Sims bathe/shower. You can make your Sims fight. Your Sims can also engage in "Woohoo" under the covers of a double bed if they love each other. The "Woohoo"ing does not result in children in the Xbox-version, but I believe that it can in the PC version. Some of the item and goal descriptions contain innuendos (hence the language rating), but all Sims speak Simlish (similar to gibberish, but spoken by Sims since the 1st Sims).

they can have sex (which is covered up by the blankets or when they do it in public by the dressing room) they can grope each other (not covered) and be ontop of each other making out on the couch or on each other's laps on the couch or in a hot tub. the player can make the characters do this, but the sims have an amount of free will which will make some of them do that on their own.
for the crude humor stuff - they fart and burb occasionally.
