You thought that when getting married you were going to last forever. With a divorce its hard to just sit there and look back and see the happy times and realize that they wont be there anymore.

It should not be and it was not for me.

any one getting married should automatically figure something might go wring later. Just look around at the people you know and you will see a lot of missery because of divorce. Yes the odds are against you all the time so be prepared.

Dreams are nice but live in the real world. Most of you that get married will end in divorce so why be the looser.

Blame who ever you want but at the end it is you that has to take care of you so why not start now.

I am facing a divorce now after being married for a year and a half and this is the scariest thought I have about the whole thing. I wanted to have a family and grow old with her, and that is shattered. I guess I realized that my dreams were blurring the reality in front of me and she was not the person I thought she was.

With the end of the realtionship sometimes we have fault amneisa where it really doesn't matter for who or why it ended, and all we have left are the memories.
