I would say that the way people look at relationships has changed, in the sense that, its no longer considered a "bad thing" really if you live together with your boyfriend or girlfriend without actually being married, wheras a couple of years ago it wasnt really a socially accepted situation. But, love, itself hasnt changed i think...i mean the feeling is still the same as it always was..all thats really changed is the openness on the topic. I think feelings are the one thing we can count on never to change, no matter what happens. This is just my opinion though..so, i dont really know...but i hope it helps. =)

Not being funny but what do you mean by old fashioned?
Do you mean the automatic superiority of the man?
The legalised rape?
The widespread and never mentioned domestic abuse?
If you mean old in the romantic sense then love never really changes. I open car doors for my girlfriend because I love her...not because I am old fashioned.

Yes. I need the man to show me that he wants me. I can not and will not chase a man around. There are too many men out here that are willing to be the 'man' in the relationship. I won't take that from them.

I believe our hearts are but reality is not. That is way so many of us end up disappointed in life. We believe the dream and the fairy tale but it just doesn't exist in real life any more at this day and age.
