Plug in MP3 player.

Open Windows media player. Click on copy to device. On right hand side click drive F:Removable Disk.

On left hand side click edit play list. this will then give you a window to highlight the songs you want.

Once completed, click the red and white copy icon and it will transfer automatically.

Open iTunes. Click "File" on top menu. Scan down to "Add Folder to Library" and go across to "My Music" and add as many folders as you want. iTunes will do its thing. Just plug in you iPod and allow it to Sync.
Its as simple as that.
If you do the main folder for each band or artist, it will automatically add subsequent albums as you rip them using Media Player. You do however have to add each new band.
